Woollerton Web Design are not, nor will they be responsible for the purchase of domain names nor hosting facilities, regardless of the size of the web site designed. Nor are we responsible for uploading your site on to any host providers web space or maintaining your site once you have received the relevant files upon completion of work done.

Woollerton Web Design require 50% deposit for web sites, or payment in full for web page designs, prior to commencing work.

It is you, the client, who is responsible for making sure the deposit paid represents, exactly, your lay out and non-hosting requirements.

Woollerton Web Design can not be held responsible for errors made by you, the client, when ordering your lay out requirements.

Any additional work, rectifying order errors, will incur additional charges.

Additional pages over and above the standard 5 page designs may be purchased on an ad-hoc basis to be added to your site. This DOES NOT include adding links on your site nor maintenance on any other section of your site. We purely provide you with an additional page layout if and when you require them at the additional page charge out rate.

During the period in which the web site or page is under construction, we upload the relevant files on to a temporary host site. This is so you, the client, may view the design, layout etc and request adjustments where necessary. During this period, any amendments do NOT attract additional charges.

Once you have approved the web site for publication, you will be invoiced the remaining outstanding amount by email. This MUST be paid immediately.

Upon receipt of monies due, we will forward to you all the relevant files in order that you can upload these on to your own host site. Typically, these files are placed on a CD and posted to you. However, should you prefer to receive your web site files via another source, please feel free to contact us.

You, the client, are welcome to specify colour and font preferences during any period during the under construction period.

Woollerton Web Design are responsible for the purchase of domain names and hosting facilities, for the web site designed on your behalf. We are also responsible for uploading your site on to a host web space. This service is all inclusive of the relevant price shown on this site.

Client Input	2.	Only information provided by you, the client, will be published on your single page or web site. Your cooperation with regards to providing us such information is paramount. Woollerton Web Design are not responsible for the content of published material, or lack of it, on the single page or web site.
Copyright	3.	It is the responsibility of you, the client, to ensure that all copyrighted material is legally published on your single page or web site. Woollerton Web Design are not responsible for any infringement of copyright.
Fees	4.	The prices stated on this web site are all inclusive, with no hidden charges. Should, at any time, an additional charge be incurred, Woollerton Web Design will contact you, the client, prior to any such chargeable work commencing to obtain authorisation from you. If we do not receive authorisation - we do not do the work.
Bespoke Web Site Designs and web languages	5.	We aim to keep our charges as low as possible for the benefit of those people with a small budget who wish to use this media for advertising. This being the case, we have deliberately kept design and language options to a minimal to assist us with keeping our costs down. Therefore, we do not currently offer individual front page design nor any languages other than basic HTML and dynamic PHP.

*Without Hosting* Web Page Or Web Site design	1. 	13.	Woollerton Web Design provide a maintenance service for 'With Hosting' sites once the site has gone live. There is a standard charge per page for any amendments you, the client, wish to make to any given page. We may, at our discretion, offer a discounted price per page for multiple page changes, where multi-page changes are required at the same time.
	14.	There is an annual non-fundable subscription for continued hosting facilities of your site. This annual subscription becomes due for payment on the first anniversary of your web site going 'live' and is charged annually on each anniversary after that date. Should you fail to pay the subscription by the due date, or you wish to cancel your web site hosting, your web site will be removed from the hosting site with immediate effect.
